The goal is to guide companies through complex change processes in a more holistic way.

What was previously often considered separately is now combined into a successful model at digital dna: digital and AI-driven excellence plus leadership and cultural development. We thus support companies on their journey through transformation, technological innovation, and cultural change.

For a year, we worked behind the scenes on the integration under the project name #mergify: processes, tools, teams – everything was restructured. Now the merger is official. The Coaching Change brand will remain – its focus on transformation and change, on leadership, communication, and personal enablement perfectly complements the digital expertise of digital dna.

Two founders – one mission since 2012
Oliver Höck and Jörg Brockhausen have been working with digital and change management topics since the 1990s. After founding several companies, they jointly launched two independent consulting and training networks in 2012. From 2019 onwards, they each built their own team to create scalable structures with high standards for methodology and impact. The two founders have known each other since their school days in Düsseldorf and, in addition to their entrepreneurial activities and successes, share a set of values that are reflected in how they build and manage their companies.
