BOGNER: Omnichannel e-commerce & international scaling in the fashion segment3

BOGNER modernized its e-commerce infrastructure with digital dna by migrating to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud to ensure international sales growth and omnichannel capability.

The challenge

BOGNER faced a key growth obstacle: its existing Magento 1-based e-commerce infrastructure was technically outdated and no longer scalable for international expansion and modern omnichannel requirements. Furthermore, the online shop relaunch and the implementation of a new point-of-sale system were to run concurrently, creating high complexity and strong dependencies between IT systems.

Our solution

digital dna took over the entire project management and implemented a standardized methodology to manage the migration to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the integration of the new point-of-sale system. To handle the complexity, the hybrid Scrumban methodology was introduced, which, through two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensured flexibility within fixed milestones. Alongside the technical implementation, targeted project management coaching was provided to employees to guarantee long-term knowledge transfer and the autonomy of the BOGNER team.
