KICKZ – Digital Channel Management & Campaign Setup

KICKZ commissioned digital dna with the strategic development of digital channel management, the conception of campaign processes and a more efficient use of marketing budgets via paid channels.

The challenge

KICKZ faced the challenge of coordinating existing paid marketing activities more efficiently across all channels. Different touchpoints, fragmented campaign processes, and a lack of transparency regarding performance and budget allocation hampered targeted management and optimization.

Our solution

digital dna conducted a structured analysis of existing paid channels and developed a cross-channel-oriented management approach. Together with the KICKZ team, processes were defined, performance KPI models established, and a centralized monitoring setup built. This setup enables more efficient campaign planning, management, and optimization across all channels – incorporating data, budgets, and target metrics.
