Little John Bikes – Developing an online strategy

Little John Bikes commissioned digital dna to jointly develop a viable digital strategy for 2024 and the following years that will strengthen the company for the digital future and support growth.

The challenge

Little John Bikes has clear growth targets until 2027, and its digital presence should not only increase e-commerce revenue, but also support its local positioning and service orientation in an increasingly digital market. The challenge was to develop a digital strategy that considers both growth and customer proximity.

Our solution

digital dna, together with the Little John Bikes team, conducted a structured strategic analysis, formulated hypotheses, defined goals, and derived concrete measures. This was based on the mountaintop model, which combines vision, a strategic roadmap (4 years), and detailed short-term measures (12 months). Workshops on target customer profiles, stage planning, and prioritizing measures helped establish a comprehensive digital strategy that clearly outlines implementation steps and priorities.

Actionable digital strategy with roadmap and action plan

The result of the collaboration is a practice-oriented digital strategy that defines a clear target vision for the digital development of Little John Bikes, a strategic roadmap over four years, and a detailed operational action plan for the next 18 months – prioritized according to value contribution and dependencies.

We sought help from Digital DNA to develop our digital strategy. Together, we formulated hypotheses and defined goals and measures to prepare our company for the future in digital markets.
