SNIPES: Digital transformation to the leading streetwear community through omnichannel and loyalty
SNIPES united four brands under one central e-commerce system and strengthened customer loyalty through an innovative loyalty program and a social & shopping app.

The challenge
The decentralized shop systems of the various brands no longer met the requirements for a modern shopping experience and efficient internal processes. Furthermore, it was essential to sustainably engage the young, tech-savvy target group with the brand through entertainment and community features.
Our solution
digital dna developed a new e-commerce architecture and migrated the Hybris and Oxid shops to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud to create a central platform for all brands. In parallel, the Salesforce Service Cloud was implemented for optimized customer service, along with a native social and shopping app with an integrated loyalty program. Through intensive project management over two years, digital dna coordinated the complex sub-projects, from data migration to international rollout.

The result includes a high-performing online shop for ten countries, an app with over 2.5 million downloads, and a proprietary bonus engine to reward customer interactions.
