The challenge

ZWILLING wanted to modernize its digital marketing strategy to strengthen its global brand presence. The goal was to develop a scalable process for producing marketing materials that is both creative and data-driven, in order to address international markets efficiently and effectively.

Our solution

To efficiently support ZWILLING's international brand presence, we developed a scalable, AI-powered content workflow. This combines data-driven insights with high-quality visual production, enabling the creation of consistent assets for diverse markets and formats. The result is a flexible system that unites creative excellence with measurable efficiency.

AI-powered product copywriting for international markets

A scalable AI solution was developed for ZWILLING, enabling the automated creation and translation of marketing-relevant product texts into multiple languages. The solution is brand-compliant, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated into the existing system landscape. This significantly accelerates international rollouts, reduces external translation costs, and allows for flexible adaptation of content to new markets.

Together with digital dna, we developed an AI-based solution that automates the generation of high-quality, brand-compliant texts, thereby resolving a key bottleneck in global marketing. For us, language is one of the central keys to scalability across all touchpoints – from product communication to CRM. The architecture is designed to be modular and expandable, allowing it to be applied to other areas.
